1. How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our online store and add your desired items to your shopping cart. Once you've finished shopping, click on the cart icon, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.

3. How will I know if my order was successful?

4. Gift Cards 
Once your gift card purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique gift card number. This number is essential for making online purchases using your gift card.

It’s easy to make purchases with your Gift Card online. Just make your selections and proceed to checkout as usual. From the Payment Page, scroll to the bottom and enter your gift card number and hit Apply.

If you have more than one Gift Card, enter the information for each card you wish to use. Our system will perform the appropriate calculations.

Please note: Gift Cards may be used in combination with a credit card to complete your transaction.

11. How do I care for my gold plated jewelry?

- To prolong your jewelry's life, avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions and other chemicals.
- Although gold-plated jewelry will not tarnish like silver, it may in time fade slightly depending on wear and the amount of care taken.
- In case of any extreme exposure, wipe down your pieces with a soft cloth to remove all traces of moisture before storing them away.
- Handle the push pins, links and hooks with care as they require a gentle touch.
