We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Curbside Pickup
We offer free curbside pickup Monday-Friday in San Antonio, Texas. Orders are ready within 1-2 business days. When checking out, please select the local pickup option. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the weight of your items. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process within 14 days of you receiving your delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Returns Process

- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
